tell more women to get into animation! god knows i’d like someone other than dudes in my classes. in my whole 3D animation class of about 24 kids, there are only 3 girls. i know pixar gets a bad rap for being strongly male-driven, but a large part of me really wants to believe that just because of the ratio of male to female animators. let’s hope i’m right and it’s not the fault of the company. then again, disney does have a pretty dark past…

This is the only thing getting me through finals. I am flying to San Fran in a few weeks and my friend Adam and I are roadtripping back to MI, stopping at a few notable locales along the way.
2,848 miles is a lot of time to think about everything, and I can’t wait
